Educational Visit of Isfahan Vocational School Instructors to Marjan Tile Factory
On February 8, 2026, a group of instructors and educational department heads from various vocational schools in Isfahan—specializing in fields such as Construction, Graphics, and Architecture—participated in a specialized one-day educational tour of the Marjan Tile Factory.
This program was designed to provide educators with a firsthand, technical understanding of industrial production lines and the sophisticated processes behind ceramic manufacturing. Participants explored various sectors of the plant, gaining insights into the journey from raw materials to final products.
A key highlight of the visit was a session on the “Shared Language of Color” in the tile industry, where its correlation with the CMYK system was analyzed. The discussion focused on the critical gap between creative design/ideation and the final industrial output, addressing how technical constraints shape the final aesthetic. Furthermore, the participants engaged in a dialogue regarding the role of the ceramic industry in vocational curricula and the necessity of aligning educational content with the real-world requirements of the industry.
By emphasizing the vital role of instructors in training a skilled workforce, this visit served as a bridge between education and industry. With an optimistic vision for the future, the event highlighted the importance of continuous development in domestic production and the role of the next generation of specialists in building a sustainable and bright future for Iran.
