Marjan Tile: Hosting the Future Makers of the Ceramic Industry

In line with ongoing collaborations between the Isfahan General Directorate of Technical and Vocational Training and the “Marjan Tile” Industrial Group, a new group of talented students stepped beyond theoretical classrooms by visiting the production lines and specialized sections of the factory.

This field visit was designed to provide the younger generation with a deeper understanding of modern technologies, production standards, and the actual working environment in the ceramic industry, allowing students to witness firsthand the cycle of transforming raw materials into high-quality products.

Marjan Tile believes that education and industry must walk hand in hand. Our goal through these visits is for students to experience the real working environment, familiarize themselves with genuine production practices, and prepare with enhanced skills for entering the job market.
