Lavasan House

User: Residential

Products: Basalt

In Lavasan House Project in Tehran, the exterior of the building was constructed using Basalt Porcelain tiles in the size of 60×120 cm using a dry installation method. In this project, the clever combination of two light and dark colors from the Basalt series has given the facade a modern, dynamic, and yet harmonious look. The use of new-generation Porcelain tiles inspired by natural Basalt stone, in addition to their beauty and instilling a sense of strength, has improved durability, resistance to moisture, thermal shock, and direct sunlight. In addition to ease of maintenance and increased security, the implementation of the facade using the dry installation method has also provided proper ventilation behind the facade shell and increased the life expectancy of the building.
